To anyone who has experience or has worked at Apple can you give me the positions of a retail store by rank? like genius, specialist, store manager being #1 obviously, etc. Also which position requires additional training such as going to Cupertino.

When I used to shoot weddings I did photo journalist type of photos. Doing 3 hours of posed photos would be a nightmare. ;)
Seriously! Hour and a half would be the most I could use, my time would be better spent on something else.
But, as long as your sister is pleased with the shots, awesome! You should see if you can post some up here when she gets them!

I've been playing music from Metroid Metal (http://www.metroidmetal.com/) quite a bit recently. So I have often wondered why this happens. Some fonts (including Candara) shift the baseline (or something) of some numbers and I have no idea why. Does anyone know why? I have attached a photo so you can see what I mean..

i have to ask... what is with the drop shadow? huge, obvious drop shadows are NOT good unless you are animating 3d objects or doing motion graphics... the big drop shadow is running rampant around the web attacking sites left and right... i say we start here and rise against the drop shadow.
beyond that, like other users said, your tech side is fine. as for visuals, others have pointed out the color issues.
as a general rule, to see what other designers are doing, check out design portals such as news today, design is kinky or k10k. there are tons out there and they show the best of the best digital artists.

STEP AWAY FROM THE JOOMLA, do not touch it.
Might be harsh, but I've found it convoluted, poorly documented and not worth the effort when there seem to be many better options around.

I wonder if you shouldn't modify the letter "a" so that it is more like "a" rather than "a". Otherwise, the style of the logotype almost makes it look like a sloppily written "u".

I would suggest checking the iPhone forum for similar issues and suggestions....
I believe the latest suggestion is to shut the ipod/iphone off, plug it into the head unit, and then restart the ipod.
Another option was to "re-pair" the device with the head unit.
