As you maybe aware,iPad 2 has now been delayed till 5pm Friday and it's looking like mayhem will happen on touchwood Friday,you may need to think of packing some sandwiches lol

If you want silent, I would look at the Samsung SpinPoint P120, but it's not in the reliability database either. I have a P80 in my Cube and I am happy with it.

Apple today released Logic Pro 9.1.3 (http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1014) and Logic Express 9.1.3 (http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1015) to address an issue with Hyper-Threading.This update delivers improved general stability and compatibility.
Issues addressed with 9.1.3 include:
- Resolves problems related to the support of Hyper-ThreadingUnder Logic 9.1.3's audio preferences, users can specify the number of audio rendering threads the software will open at any one time. While the option is set to "automatic" by default and the maximum number of available threads is determined by the number of processor cores and support for Hyper-Threading on the user's computer, the setting allows users to manually adjust the number of threads to best fit their workflow.
The updates weigh in at 193.01 MB (Logic Pro 9.1.3) and 139.68 (Logic Express 9.1.3) and require Mac OS X 10.5.8 or later.

You have a loop. The "system" command is executed each time in the loop. So when you enter "Q" to exit the loop, all the commands are executed again. That's what the printf should have shown you.
So what happens when you execute the second system () call? I don't expect it to work. I expect it to overwrite the output of the first system () command.
I fixed how I exit the loop but overwriting was never a problem. The code that uses the file was not incorporated yet.

Poll Warz was interesting...
Along with the people who would spam the board just to attempt to have their name show up in every single post on the first page of a forum.
Some were actually pretty good at it and seemed like they made a half-hearted effort to make a coherent reply.
There was nothing resembling coherent thought in Poll Warz.

Quicken from Intuit and FileMaker Pro are the ones that I use most often. Really hate to admit this but Entourage that comes with Office 2004 has been very stable.

I found these ones to be a bit shoddily done. The transition from the Zipcar app to the scene of the car behind the phone is jumpy. Also, the music playing in the background of the Shazam scene wasn't really transitioned smoothly. They choose an awkward part of the song to start.

I was there last year, but sadly not this year. I'm probably going to have to hold out until iPad 3 and the retina display. Although if I can about $500 for my 32GB Wifi and my loads of accessories, I might pickup a 16GB model. But it won't be tomorrow (unless someone on Craigslist pulls the trigger soon!)

Hi there ! I'm close on switchin' to mac, just waiting for mac mini refresh, meantime reading for macusers feedback. As i see, there is no normal audioplayer if you don't wanna use Itunes, and some issues with video files, such as mkv containers and others, flash content problems... People are forced to use unfinished enthusiast-made soft, which of course crashes and so on. I didn't hear that from mac users earlier! All they says - Mac is just work perfect in contrast with Windows PC. May be those comments about troubles are overblown !? :confused: Please, someone, tell me truth! i'm REALY still want to buy mac, but now started to doubt. i've got so limited budget, and don't want to miss.

I use a cheapy old bluetooth that I got at a local electronic discount store for $20 it works fine. I used it on a VoIp app that I have.. only problem is that the voice gets delayed for a few seconds and it can be choppy at times.

Yes, many times they correlate with good phones, but for the vast majority, 5MP is plenty. Its about about the quality of other parts of the camera, so yes the Nokia N8 has a 12MP camera, but its not the 12MPs that makes it so great, its that Nokia used a quality high end parts.(my understand of camera tech is limited)

while i doubt its going to be released form apple, there is a numpad you can clip on to your apple wireless keyboard. it looks very flush and afaik works flawlessly

In my experience Maddow and Cooper are at least tolerable.
Of the names listed in the thread, Cooper's probably my pick for the best. Maddow doesn't even attempt to stay neutral. I was watching her coverage when Scott Walker won in Mass; she sounded like she'd just come from her best friend's funeral.

The stuff used on the heatsink is NOT an adhesive. It is just a compound that maximises the heat transfers between CPU and heatsink. The heatsink MUST be held down with the screws.
From the looks of it, you've either got a damaged bottom case (screw mount knocked off) or a bottom case for the wrong model (slightly different fittings).
Is the missing screws and the compound thats causing the "error restart message" when i load the desktop? How do I get the compound to reattach it on the CPU?
