Comparing two products that haven't been released (nor even had their specs officially released) seems quite pointless...

That looks really ugly, and that is coming from a web designer :P.. I liked the original look, but It's not something I'm too concerned about, since its just a calendar app.. I can manage..
But I do hope to see something better in the final release..

We were in Ft. Lauderdale, walking along I-95 when we spotted this breath of fresh air. Dear spouse had to put up with me when I insisted going back to get my camera. This was taken just 2 weeks ago, while we waited for our cruise. (Western Caribbean pictures will be coming!) A nice break from winter: today's snow storm dumped 8" of heavy snow in our yard!

So your link is to an article where the writer has no clue why it wasn't done? Not very useful. Again, I don't get why people don't get this. A backlight keyboard takes more room. Not a lot but some. The new MBAs are thinner with larger batteries than the first. Seems pretty reasonable it wouldn't fit. Note this is Apple, which do you think they would chose, thinner or a backlight keyboard?

Wonders though how close you'd have to be, i mean if it is a few inches or less it is still a touch screen and the sillys will touch it anyway, but can you blame them it is an iPod. How can you not touch, even if youre not supposed to:) :) :)

Don't discount microsoft - they have money to lose for years in trying to get #1 for MP3 - slowly they creep up and overturn Apple - apple doesn't ahve the same stamina.
A long term commitment, not a short term thing.
$9,500,000,000 - that's just sitting around in cash with no long term debt. I think Apple's got plenty of "stamina"...

1-click orders on Amazon can be changed for an hour or so, and returned officially. I had this happen to me too... I was reading the app description and accidentally swiped against buy. I got a refund, and a warning that Apple was making an exception and to be more careful :(

Yeah, after all if you buy a coffee there u have to sign a waiver of responsibility for burns, then reply YES three times to the cashier asking "Are you sure you want to buy this potentially scalding-hot coffee?" ... but what's it matter, thanks to people not wanting to take responsibility we can't buy coffee above 82 degrees fahrenheit. lol

That was the case for the previous 21.5" too. The smaller enclosure can only fit 2 DIMM slots while the larger 27" can fit 4 DIMM slots.
Given it's Sandy Bridge, curious if that means the 27" might be able to take 32GB.

Not wise to step in and try to break up this fight. Knock someone's tooth out, you can get sued. You can get beaten up (or stabbed, or shot) yourself. Whoever called the police and told the attackers they were on their way did the right thing.

I'm not sure. I'm going to be reserving at best buy in a few hours. If they have iPads, yay. If not at least I have $100 down.

Btw...Called Brea Apple store and they are not opening early for iPad sales as is rumored for other stores. At least thats what I was told. It could be a conspiracy :eek:
